The Binghamton Senator's game last Saturday was a blast!  The Sens beat the Hershey Bears 3-2 in a shoot out.  Thanks to all the awesome alumni who came out!!

THON is giving everyone a chance to get in on the dance!  We are going to learn the 30 second line dance and submit a video of us doing it, as will with thousands of other Penn Staters across the globe.  Clips will then be aired during THON weekend to boost morale for the dancers and show the world who WE ARE!

**NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!**

We ask that everyone attending wear their favorite Penn State gear or Blue and White. If you have an old THON shirt...by all means wear it!

We will have our chapter THON can out to accept donations.

After we have created our amazing video, anyone that would like to go out afterwards for food and drinks are welcome to join! Place TBD by group choice!

Beaver Stadium Run/Walk

Planning for this year's Blue and White weekend (April 19-21) is underway.  This year the GBA-PSU is organizing a team, The Greater Binghamton Spiedies, to participate in the Beaver Stadium 5K Run/Walk and 1 mile Family Fun Walk on Sunday!   EVERYONE IS ENCOURAGED TO JOIN US!  If you are unable to join us please consider cheering us on from the course or through a donation.  Proceeds from the event support the Special Olympics - Pennsylvania.

Day of Event Schedule:
7:30 am - Registration (located at Medlar Field)
11:00 am - 1 Mile Fun Walk Start Time
11:15 am - 5K Start Time
12:15 pm - Awards

WHERE: Curtin Road between Beaver Stadium and the Bryce Jordan Center; finishing inside Beaver Stadium after running through the players’ tunnel.

PARKING: Free - Bryce Jordan Center Parking lot

Early Registration Fee - $25 (must be postmarked by 4/12/13)

Late and Race Day Registration Fee - $35
(postmarked after 4/12/13 or race day)

- Spring Chapter mixer

- 5K Team for the Beaver Stadium Run during Blue and White Weekend (April 21)

- Ice cream social

- Summer picnic in conjunction with a student send off

- Golf tournament (August)

- Bus trip to the PSU vs Syracuse game at the New Meadowlands (August 31)

- Homecoming Parade 

- TV tailgating parties

- Tubing and skiing trips

- Wine and or Microbrewery Tours

- Trivia team

- Community Service
