9:00am – Shotgun start

All-You-Can Eat BBQ Buffet to follow

Proceeds of the tournament benefit our chapter scholarship fund which is awarded annually to local students attending Penn State.

• Captain and Crew Format
• Team Entries are welcome.  For those not submitting a team, the committee will be glad to make team arrangements. 
• $65/per person entry fee includes: green fees, cart, lunch buffet and PRIZES.
• There is an optional skins competition. Teams wishing to participate pay the $20/team skin fee prior to tee off. 
• Men’s, Women’s, and Senior’s (65 years of age and older) will be used
• Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive Events for both Men and Women
• Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams. Ties broken by handicap hole comparison format. 
• Buffet and prizes will be awarded in the clubhouse after all rounds are complete.

The tournament is open to Penn State Alumni, students, and friends of Penn State. Come and enjoy the opportunity to make new friends and have a good time!

COST: $140 per ticket.  This includes game ticket (section 129 rows 25 & 26) and transportation to and from game.

There will be TWO boarding stops.  First in the Eastern Travel parking lot at 1415 Upper Front Street, Binghamton, NY.  The second is at the McDonald’s in Great Bend, PA.  Parking is free at both locations.  Travel time is approximately 3 hours to the stadium lot with one rest stop en route.   We will depart from the stadium at the conclusion of the game again with one rest stop.  Arrival home will be dependent on traffic.    

*$13 of each ticket sold will go directly to the Greater Binghamton Chapter scholarship fund which is awarded each year to local students attending Penn State.*

TO PURCHASE TICKETS:  LIMIT OF 4 TICKETS PER MEMBER.  Ticket purchase will be limited to chapter members until May 14^th and open to all alumni after that date.  Request form must be submitted to be eligible for tickets.  Please follow the link below to request tickets.  We will notify you via email when your request has been processed.  Once all information is verified you will receive notice and must submit full payment within 5 business days.  Payment can be made via Paypal or check.  Failure to submit payment as stated will forfeit tickets.  NO REFUNDS. 

A wait list will be compiled.  If the bus fills quickly we will attempt to secure more tickets and notification will be sent to those on the wait list.

Checks can be made out to PENN STATE CHAPTER OF GREATER BINGHAMTON and mailed c/o Michele Steinhauser 3638 Joel Drive, Endwell, NY 13760. If paying with Paypal you will receive a link for payment in your verification email.  There will be a $3.50 surcharge per ticket if using Paypal - no surcharge for checks.
 
TRIP CONDITIONS

• No alcohol consumption on the bus – we want to keep this a family friendly activity
• Alcohol and other tailgating items CAN be transported and will be available for pre-game tailgate
• No large tents allowed in MetLife parking lot
• NO REFUNDS
• No partial participation will be considered (i.e. requesting only game tickets or only transportation)
